itsflagged provides an online scam detection tool that allows users to submit URLs, phone numbers, email addresses, text messages, and images for analysis. The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to provide verdict assessments. itsflagged is a second opinion tool only and is not a substitute for professional security advice.
# 3. Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Accuracy
CRITICAL: itsflagged provides verdicts on a best-efforts basis using automated detection systems. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY VERDICT. A "LOOKS SAFE" verdict does not guarantee that content is safe, and a "SUSPICIOUS" or "SCAM" verdict does not guarantee that content is harmful.
The Service is intended as a supplementary tool to assist users in making their own informed decisions. Always exercise your own judgment. When in doubt, contact the relevant organisation directly through their official channels.
# 4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
4.1 itsflagged, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
4.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on any verdict provided by the Service, including financial loss, data loss, or personal harm.
4.3 We are not liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated verdicts, including cases where scam content was assessed as safe or legitimate content was assessed as suspicious.
4.4 We are not liable for the actions of any third-party services used to provide the Service, including but not limited to Google, VirusTotal, Twilio, URLScan, IPInfo, and OpenAI.
4.5 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 (USD), whichever is greater.
# 5. No Professional Advice
itsflagged does not provide legal, financial, cybersecurity, or professional advice of any kind. Verdicts are automated assessments and should not be treated as professional opinions. For serious security concerns, consult a qualified cybersecurity professional.
# 6. User Responsibilities
6.1 You are responsible for your own security decisions. itsflagged verdicts are one data point among many.
6.2 You must not submit content that violates any applicable law or the rights of third parties.
6.3 You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, abuse the Service, or use it for any commercial purpose beyond your subscription tier.
6.4 You must not submit highly sensitive personal data such as passwords, full government ID numbers, or complete financial account details.
6.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
# 7. Subscription and Payments
7.1 Free accounts receive 10 checks per week. Non-registered users receive 3 checks total.
7.2 Pro subscriptions are billed at $3 per month or $6 per month for the Family Plan.
7.3 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal.
7.4 We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7.5 We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
# 8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and design elements of itsflagged are the intellectual property of itsflagged and its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
# 9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
# 10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless itsflagged and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
# 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
